The purpose of this job is to facilitate the works of the respective department/work unit to which she/ he is assigned; to manage office supplies and stationery materials and related items; to handle document distribution and organize records of the respective work units; to assist and relieve the customer service representative and colleagues with the provision of admin assistant tasks, and to manage correspondences both internally and externally.

Position: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification: Education: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.
Basic Computer Application Skills
Good Communication skills
Industry Specific skills (Product and Service)
Good emotional Intelligence.
Experience: 1-year relevant experience in Bank Operation.

Position: 2: Senior Officer – Network Security

Minimum Educational Qualification:B.SC in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering or in other related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as an Officer or in equivalent position.
Required Competencies:
Knowledge of network security assessment and analysis
Certifications on CCNA security, Network+, IT Risk Assessment
Ethical Hacking etc.

Position 3: Director – Interest-Free Banking

Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Retail Banking Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: 8 years of relevant experience of which 4 years as Division Manager.
