TegeraMicrofinance Institution S. C (Under Formation) would like to invite competent applicants for the following positions:

Subsequent to the introduction of the financial proclamation, private Microfinance started to come back into the picture to increase the number of Microfinance presently in operation to 41 with more than 1750 branches, in addition, there are more than 20 private Microfinance’sunder formation with largely similar products and targeting similar customers. Cognizant of the growth of private banks, still more than half of adult communities are not yet addressed to Microfinance services and all Microfinance are almost the same, with largely similar products and targeting similar customers.

Tegera(ጠገራ) Microfinance Institution S.C. (Under Formation) has observed that the diverse service needs of the public that have not been fully met. Therefore, inspired by the encouraging economic policy for private stakeholders’ participation and with the aim to play its part in mitigating the limitations of the existing Microfinance service and most of all to serve the community that has not been fully served, the organizers are working hard to realize their objectives.Thus, it is with a view to playing its part in the development of the financial sector by introducing innovative products/services and increasing geographical coverage that “Tegera Microfinance Institution S.C” is being organized.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS: Tegera Micro Finance Institution S.C will pay a competitive basic salary based on the salary grading system. DUTY BASE: The working place is in Addis Ababa.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Terms of Employment is Project based.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification and Experience 

  • B.A Degree in Management, Business Management, Secretarial Science or other related fields with 2 yearsof experience
  • Diploma in Management, Business Management, Secretarial Science or other related fields with 2 of years experience

Required/Desired Skill

  • Able to keep confidential records
  • Proficient in Micro Soft office applications
  •  Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
