Senior Customer Services Officer – For Harar and Jigjiga

Job Description

  • Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
  •  Handles account management transactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement
5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank
 Competencies Required
  • Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
