Customer support officer

Communicate with customers for payment collection

·    Communicate with customers to reduce dissatisfaction

·    Follow up and address customer requests and concerns

·   Compile data and maintain database as directed by the collection office head, customer support office head and customer service              manager

·   Be proactive in maintaining customer satisfaction

·   Report to department manger on all proceedings

Job Requirements

·         Attuned communication skill

·         1st  degree holder preferably on marketing and similar background

·         2 years’ Experience

·         Excellent customer handling skills

·         Age Range:-                            23-30

·         Required number:             (1)
