1. Junior Marketing Officer

Location: Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa 

Fresh Graduate)

Employment Type:Full time

Job Description

·         Creating marketing goals related to client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue

·         Conducting field market, research competitors to augment marketing efforts

·         Conduct heavy field sales by drawing successful field sale strategy as assigned by division leader and producing business

·         Concentrate efforts on the company’s target clients as directed by the division leader  

·         Producing and editing content like social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics,  presentation decks and webinars

·         Cultivating relationships with potential customers such as prospects and lead-to build the company’s clientele

·         Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public’s perception of the company’s brand

·         Testing the quality of emails, social media posts, and the company’s landing page

·         Analyzing the results of campaigns and making changes to outlast competitors  

·         Report to the senior marketing officer

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree is preferable

·        Basic Computer skills required

·        Stellar written and oral communication skills

·        Willingness to try, create and develop innovative marketing skills

·        The ability to learn new knowledge, adapt and apply to operations is mandatory. This will be evaluated on an interview.

2. Junior Sales Officer

Location: Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa 

Fresh Graduate

Employment Type: Full time

Job Description

  •   Engaging with new prospective customer and representing the company.
  •    Meeting site targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of Sales  activity.
  •    Identifying potential new clients.
  •    Collect market information, identify competitors and report on their activities
  •    Fulfill given sales target
  •   Contacting clients to inform them about new development in the company’s products
  •   Build a strong customer relationship to be the customer’s choice
  •   Propose areas for improvement in the service offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
  •   Marketing campaigns and social media

Report to the senior sales officer

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree is preferable
