Essential Function

  • Assist in the creation of a total customer service experience.
  • Monitor customer service standards and ensure delivery of consistence customer service experience.
  • Participate in introducing quality assurance procedures and measurement tools to continually evaluate quality of all customer experience to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Conduct service audit at all customer touch points so as to safeguard consistency in adherence to and effective application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools in achieving optimal efficiency.
  •  Participate on carrying out public opinion survey on a regular basis on the service of the Bank and use the feedback for service and process improvement.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Accounting and/or related field.


  • 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior Customer Experience Officer and related.
